What is the Future Projects Report?

The Future Projects Report is a comprehensive listing of projects from across the country.

What kinds of projects are in the Future Projects Report?

The Future Projects Report is a compilation of all of the projects listed in the Statewide Transportation Improvement Programs (STIP) for the 50 states. Currently it contains over 36,000 projects of all types and dollar values.

What kind of information does the Future Projects Report contain?

The projects listed in the report incorporate key information including the state, project description, estimated cost, bid date and other key elements where available. This additional information will often include the project manager’s name, their phone number and other data that would be useful to users of the Future Projects Report such as a web link, funding issues, or political and other nuances.

How will the Future Projects Report be useful to me?

Contractors

The Future Projects Report will help you plan your work for the coming year. You will know what projects are coming up, where they are and how to manage your resources to be competitive and achieve the highest profits possible.

Suppliers

What’s next for the Future Projects Report?

The current listing of projects comes from the state DOTs. Next we will add transit projects and also projects sponsored by counties and other entities such as regional mobility authorities. In addition, our goal will be to provide project information beyond transportation and address infrastructure projects in every discipline of civil engineering including ports, aviation, water, and wastewater. It is an evolving process but one that will continue to provide value to our clients year after year regardless of their market sector.
